What to prepare (clothings etc) for a trip to Yangzhou in December?

I am going on a work trip to Yangzhou in mid-December any recommendations on the type of clothing to prepare?

The average low and high temperature might be 30F and 50F respectively. Down jacket and thick sweather should be appropriate clothes.
