How to get invitation letter from China for Q1 visa

My wife asked from immigration about invitation letter but they said no need this letter so how to do even she called in Wuhan

There is no need to provide government invitation. An invitation letter from your wife is okay.

The invitation letter should contain:
a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
b) Information on the visit ( purpose of visit, intended arrival date, place of intended residence, intended duration of residence, relations between the applicant and the inviting individual, financial source for expenditures)
c) Information on the inviting individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of legal representative or the inviting individual, etc.)
