i'm arriving from singapore via air china, arrive at beijing capital airport.

And connecting to Ulaanbaatar via Mongolia Airline. Both airlines operating at T3. So is 3 hrs 40 mins transit sufficient? Am I required to collect my baggage n proceed for check in for the flight to Ulaanbaatar?
