About:Garden of the Master of the Nets

German on a tourist visa in Kobe needing a PRC visa to attend a conference

I am German on a tourist visa staying in Kobe until Feb 2017. I am invited to a conference in Beijing in January. Can I apply for a visa at the OSAKA PRC consulate? If not, where should I apply? Thank you.

Klaus, you should apply for it from the CVASC in Osaka.
