transfer from royal brunei t1 to united airlines t2 at shanghai pudong airport.

Question

My ticket says I will be coming into T1 and need to go to T2 the plane lands at 2:23PM and departs at 8:25 from T2. I only have 1 carry and 1 bag to claim do I need to pick bags up at baggage claim then take it all the way to check in at UA counter when I get my ticket? Or please what should I expect coming into PVG?

You will tranfer from international to international, right? You need to pick up bags and then check in again. Here are the procedures: Flight Arrival- International Arrival Access- Joint Inspection (Inspection & Quarantine; Immigration)- Luggage Claim- Customs- International Arrival Hall- Take a free shuttle bus to T2- International Check in- Joint Inspection (Inspection & Quarantine; Customs; Immigration; Security Check)- International Concourse.
