I want to fly to Shanghai from the Netherlands

Hi, I am going to Shanghai on 28 Dec (10:45) and I will be going back to The Netherlands on 3 Jan (12:35). I will only be staying in Shanghai for 6 days, but I'm not going to visit any other country apart from China. Could you please tell me if this makes me eligible for the 144 hour free transit? Thanks!
