About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Info regarding Visit Visa for Hong Kong

Hi,
I am studying in Japan since few years and I am a Sri Lankan passport holder.
I am planning to travel to Hong Kong this December for one week for a conference from Japan. What is the procedure to go to Hong Kong? Who should I contact?

Saru, first, prepare the required documents: copy of your passport, the application form, a bareheaded color photo, proof of your financial support, flight itinerary, accommodation arrangement, and an invitation letter from the conference. After, submit the application to the embassy of China in Japan to apply for it.
You can contact with the embassy to ask for the relevant information, or call HK immigration department directly.
