About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Earlier entry to China then noted on application

I am an American citizen who has completed the application and received back my passport with a work visa. On the application I stated that I was entering the country on 12/9 but now my company needs me to go a week earlier. Will this be an issue? What can I do at this point?

It won’t be an issue. You can enter China right now after you get the work Z type, so you can do that at this point.
