About:China Private Visit Visa

Following my partner who is working under Z visa

My partner/boy friend is working in China under Z type and we intend to live in China together.
He will be sponsoring me for my stay in China. I would like to apply for S2 type but I cannot produce a relationship document. Is there a way to get S2 type for my stay or is there any other types I can apply?

Ling, no, you cannot apply for the S2 type. You can only apply for a tourist L type to visit him in China currently because you two haven’t got married.
