About:Dragon's Personality and Characteristics

My birthdate is 18 Jan 1965. I work in the financial industry.

I currently have a new job offer (same job scope in same industry) and am undecided whether I should take it as there are uncertainties at the new work place. I learnt that there were senior management resignations in the new workplace. I now do not know whom my immediate boss will be.

Current job is stressful with long work hours. Will this job be better with good work life balance, and a better boss?

Christina, according to the prediction, changing job is not recommended to do. It is suggested you make a research of the new company to see if it is more prospectful. If so, you can still consider taking the change.

Isn't year 2016, supposed to be generally good for those born in the zodiac year of dragon, in terms of career and changing jobs?
I am looking for better work life balance, less stressful job and reasonable boss.
