About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

Born in Hong Kong in 1965

Do US citizens have a national ID number? Is that the driver's license number? or social security number? or not applicable? I was born in Hong Kong in 1965, but I don't remember having a Chinese ID number. Is this a problem? I left Hong Kong in 1975, but I don't remember having a Chinese passport or any passport. Is this a problem? I was born in a small village, but the drop down menu for City only has Hong Kong Island. Do I write in the correct name of the city/village after I print it?

You may have a HK ID number and HK passport. All the information should be filled in online, you cannot add any thing after you print it.
