Can I renew my HKSAR passport in Melbourne?

My daughters HKSAR passport already expired, can she renew the passport in Melbourne? What is the procedure? Can she apply on-line?

Louis, yes, she can renew it in Melbourne, but she cannot apply online. She should first prepare the relevant materials including the application form, 2 passport-style photos, her passport and its copy, her residence permit in Australia and her HK ID card. Next, submit the application to the consulate general of China in Melbourne to apply for the renewal.
