About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi, in order to take the Airport Express from airport to designated hotel in Kowloon city.

do i need to purchase any ticket or i could just show my airline ticket at the counter ? Thanks

Hello, you have to buy the AE ticket at the counter so as to take the express train. The airline ticket won't work. If you wanna take the free shuttle bus from AE station (HK or Kowloon Station), show the AE ticket as well as your air ticket to enjoy it to designated hotel.
