Hotel reservation/itinerary doesn't include both travelers names

In the form for the visa, it says to include the itinerary for the hotel. What if the reservation shows that there will be two guests but does not include both guests names? My friend and I will be staying in the same room but since I am the one to make the reservation, only my name shows on any of the documents...
Is there a way to add her name? (booked through expedia) Or will she be okay by just showing the reservation itself?
