I am Filipino request visa of Ukraine

Hi I am Filipino citizen in I want take a tourist visa of Ukraine to visit my girl.im working here in Macau.where is the nearest country can process visa..thank you

If possible, you are advised to apply for it in your home country. Or you can go to mainland China to try to apply for it.
