You can make use of this period time to do some sightseeing around or in the city. You are recommended to take bus S1 to Tung Chung, where you can take Ngong Ping 360 to visit the Big Buddha and Tai O village. Then go to Citygate for some shopping. Or you can take subway to downtown and visit the Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbour, Mong Kok, etc. Or you may spend the time at Ocean Park or Disneyland, which is not far from the airport. Since the cost in HK is quite high and the public transportation there is convenient, it is suggested that you go around on your own to save the cost.

Do you mean the visa fee for getting to HK? As I know, travelers holding Indian passports can stay at HK for 14 days without visa. You may double check with your local Chinese embassy for more information.
