About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

13hr layover, no Visa for a third country or region until I arrive in that country.

Will I be able to use the 72 hr free transit to stay and rest in the hotel nearby without the visa for Nepal, which I won't get until I arrive in Nepal?
