About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will make two transfer stops in Cina

Travelling frame Amsterdam tot Melbourne with China Southern Airline I will make two stops , each 10hrs. I want to leave the airport of Beijing for a short visit, in Guangzhou I will not leave the airport. Do ik need a (transit) visum ?

Well it depends how long will your transit time in China in total.

If it´s over 24h you have to apply for a tranit G type in advance.
Flights from Beijing to Guangzhou are about 3,5h plus 10h each so it´s nearly 24h.
