How to go from Zhangjiajie to Yichang?

What distance and time to Yichang from zhangjiajie if I want to arrive to Yichang at 4 pm.? Bus station in downtown or not?

I'm afraid there is no bus from Zhangjiajie to Yichang. But you may take a train from Zhangjiajie Railway Station at around 9:00 and you will arrive in Yichang at 14:30.
