Generally speaking, the cab fare is around 300 HKD for the single trip.1

Phil, you would better off catching the Airport Express train to Kowloon Station. Very quick and very clean. dedicated area in carriages for you luggage also. We generally get an octopus Card and load it up at the airport.0
