Hi there planning a week trip to Shanghai in Feb 2017.

Will the weather be friendly to visit Disneyland?

Yes! The weather will be friendly. It may be cloudy and rain lightly sometimes. The temperature may vary from 30F to 50F. You may pack jackets, sweaters, shirts, pants, boots, and raincoats. May you have a great trip! :)
