Hi I am born on 1/22/1981 I would like to obtain a higher paying job.

Will that be possible within 2016? And when will I meet my soulmate? The last 35 years of my life have been so negative when will the sunshine so I can see the blue sky?

I am in the same boat. I not only seek higher income but also more responsibility. It's time to leave my old job and find a new one. I've already given notice for my last day.

As for when things will get better, it mostly depends on your attitude rather than circumstances, but there are some things we should not accept, like injustice and unfairness. Still, we can confront such things with a positive attitude. Wish you the best to change your situation for the better soon!
