DRC Visa in Hong Kong

Hello,

I have been to DRC few times before. Now I live in hong Kong and I'd like to make a new visa from DRC consulate in HK.
I don't have a visa for China mainland, so I can't go to Beijing. Is it possible to make it in Hong Kong, or eventually send the passport to Beijing by registered mail.
I have govt invitation letter, and all required documents.

Michael, you are advised to contact with the embassy of DRC in Beijing and inquire if you can send you application to Beijing by registered mail. Tel: 0086-10-65323224/65321621
