About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I am a New Zealander, I have a COE for a Japan working visa. Can I apply in China?

I have a New Zealand passport and a COE can I apply at a consulate in China for my working visa? And if so how long does it take?

I think you can apply for it in China if you have Chinese residence permit. Usually, it takes 5 working days.
