From Hong Kong, you can take subway to Sheung Wan and then take turbo-jet to Macau Marine Ferry Terminal (one hour). Upon arrival, take the free shuttle bus bound for Casino Lisboa and get off at Ruins of St. Paul's, visit the sight including the Monte Fort in the morning and then visit the Venetian Macau-Resort-Hotel in the afternoon before getting back to HK.
