About:China Visa

Hi I want to apply for 90 days visa for my mother as I'm giving birth out here

and my husband who is a permanent Hong Kong I'd holder is sponsoring her. What are the documents that my mother and my husband has to provide. Thanks

Yangchen, your mother can apply for a dependant entry permit for HK. She needs to provide copy of her, relationship certificate, the application form, and a recently-taken passport-style photo.
Your husband needs to provide the application form, his HK ID card, his financial support proof, and proof of his accommodation address.
