About:Dual Nationality

My Fiancé is Chinese with a permanent resident card here in the USA, if she get US citizenship.

Will that help her get her 29 year old Daughter here to the US any quicker?
She applied for Daughter to come here three years ago. Still waiting government to approve or consider application. Thank you for your help.

I wonder if you are applying immigrant visa for her daughter. As I know, only the US citizens can apply for the immigrant visa for their immediate family members.
So, it should be necessary for your fiancé to get the US citizenship first.
