About:China Customs Declaration

I have read the laws concerning the import of turtles into the US,

but do i need to declare pet turtles leaving China?

Jake, you are advised to figure out the regulations of pets entering US customs. For your reference, when you take pet turtle into PRC, you need to get the quarantine certificate and take related exams in advance. When passing the customs, one is required to make a declaration.
