I am a Jamaica passport holder live in usa as a residence

do I need to aply for a visa to go to Macau

Delia, if you have found a job in Macau and got the relevant documents for the work entry permit, you can apply for work entry permit from the embassy of China in UAE. In this way, you don’t need to go back to your home country for the application.
