What is a battery car at Xian City Wall? Do I drive it or am I a passenger?

Can passengers hop off & back on again?

It is an electrical vehicle that goes on the wall. You are a passenger. You can hop off and back on again. It costs CNY 30 per stop, or CNY 120 for a whole circle. ;)
