About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Hello,I need to send a 10 kg parcel to Islamabad Pakistan.

I need to know how much it will cost me and another questions that while I was in Pakistan I used to get some stuff from china post for free shipping...is there anything like that?

The cheapest way is surface mail and the fare is around CNY180 for a 10kg parcel.
I've never heard of the free shipping thing. Maybe you can call the China Post to see if they provide this kind of service.
