About:China Museum of Huaiyang Cuisine

Business permit/ Visa

Dear Sir/ Madam
I want to start/open my own food restaurant in China, may i know the procedure how would i get permission and which type of visa i should apply first and in china what are the procedures and requirements if ones want to open food restaurant (South Asian food like Indian, thai or pakistani etc) in china.
Plz guide

Hello there! If you want to start your own business in China, you can apply for a work Z type. The first step is to register your restaurant in China, and then you can get the business license and an invitation letter of a duly authorized unit. Next, you can prepare all the required documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a half-length color photo, the business license and an invitation letter of a duly authorized unit as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for a work Z type for China and open a restaurant there.
