Im living srilanka now, would like apply for Chinese visa. Could I do it? And how long does it take

Ranjan, yes, you can apply for it from Australia. It usually takes 4 working days.

I want to Know Could I apply through Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka being a Australian Citizen , not in Australia where I don't currently reside.

Yes, you can apply for it in Sri Lanka. 4 working days are needed in most cases.
