About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Hi, I would like to know if there are any english speaking post offices in Beijing?

I need to send a parcel, but since my Chinese is really limited, how do I make sure I send it the correct way?
Meaning, by air. Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid it might be a little bit hard to find this kind of post office in the country. You are advised to find some Chinese friends to help you send the package.
