You can take bus no.A11 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and get off at South China Hotel, Java Road. The whole way takes around 80 minutes. And the ticket fare is 40 HKD per person. After arriving, walk southeast around 150 yards to find your hotel. Don't worry. In general, you don't need to worry about the safety problem.

You can Airport Express train from HKIA to HK Station. Then, change to MTR Island Line to North Point Station, Exit B1. The fare totals HKD 100, and the trip takes about 45 minutes. Walk west for about 300 yards to the hotel.
