how to go from HK airport to the HOMY INN at tsim sha tsui?how much a taxi fare and the bus fare?

You can take the airport shuttle bus line A21 to Mody Road, Chatham Road South and then walk to your hotel. The bus takes about 70 minutes and aroun 33HK$.
The taxi takes about 230 to 240HK$.
