About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying through Shanghai to attend a conference there for two days

and then on to Hong Kong and then back to the UK - sounds like this will qualify for the 72 hour visa?

Michael, if your travel route is like UK-Shanghai-HK-UK, you will be eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai.
