How can I go from laoximen station to Disneyland?

Hi, My boyfriend and I are going to shanghai next week, We are planning to go to Disneyland, We will stay in a hotel near laoximen station, and I was looking at the routes, I think that we can take Laoximen line 10 to Jiao Tong university, then transfer to line 11 and continue until North Jiading. I hope you can help us telling us if that is correct. We will appreciate that.
