About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

21 hours layover in Shanghai

This is my flight itinerary :
San Francisco-->Shanghai ( stay 6 days) --> Taipei ( stay 7 days) -->San Francisco ( with 21 hours layover in Shanghai)
Am I eligible for 144 hour visa ?
