About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Republic of Korea to United States

I have a United States passport and am traveling back from Korea
My flight plan is as follows: Depart from Korea, Layover for 3 hours at Beijing International, then fly to the United States.

If I understood this information correctly, then I should be fine to travel through without a visa? All I need is my passport, confirmed seat on the flight out and I will be okay?

Denisse, yes, you are right! You are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. You just need to provide your passport, confirmed air tickets.
