About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I repeat the 72 hour Transit visa both ways from London - Beijing - Hong Kong - Beijing - London

Hi, if I fly from London to Beijing and want to stay 72 hours using free transit in Beijing before continuing on to Hong Kong for a stay of 4 nights, would I be able to do the same on my return back to London by repeating a stay in Beijing for another 72 hours with a new 72 hours free transit?
