Hi I am Austrian Citizen, I want to join an Travel Group in Shanghai to Saipan, my current Flight Route is Malaysia - Shanghai - Saipan - Shanghai - Malaysia. Would i get the 144h visa in Shanghai so i could spend some 5 days prior to my Saipan trip? I would stop 2x in Shanghai is that an Problem?
