About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I'm Malaysian with PR in UK and my husband and 2 sons are holding British passports.

we stay in uk now but We'll travel to Malaysia on 28th March 2017 Tuesday afternoon and going to China on 1st April 2017 Saturday morning to visit my sister-in-law and stay at hers instead of hotel. Do you think we able to apply visa in Malaysia? Can I submit the form on Wednesday morning for next day collection? What documentary do I need ? If any mistake on the application forms , can I correct it at the CVASC and make sure I'm able to collect the visa for next day. Thank you.

You can apply for it in Malaysia, and you can choose rush service which will take 2 working days, but your husband and sons cannot choose the express/rush service. Non-Malaysian citizen without long-term visa of Malaysia can only choose regular service which will take 4 working days.
If you want to apply for a tourist L type, you need to provide passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, hotel reservation, and round trip air tickets.
Usually, the application form should be filled out online and then print it out, so I’m afraid you may not be able to correct it at the CVASC. Anyway, if possible, you are advised to apply for it in UK one month prior to your trip, and then you don’t need to use the rush service.
