Yes! Taxis are available around the clock. The fare may be around CNY 130. There is no midnight charges. You can ask the driver to use a meter. You can take a taxi from the taxi stand near Gate A8, Arrival Area A; Gate 3 and Gate 8, Arrival Area B. You will easily find the taxi stand by following the English guiding signs inside the terminal building. Don't worry! :)
