About:Marriage Registration in China

Hello, should the passports be translated too in chinese for marriage purposes in China?

and what are the specific docs needed for registration for marriage?
I'm working in Shanghai for 2 yrs, shall also the business license of my Work company be included in requirements and be translated?

Anj, no, your passport doesn’t need to be translated.
You need to provide those documents for marriage registration: your passport, the residence permit in PRC, and your single status certificate.
Business license of your work company doesn’t need to be translated.

If you want to register your marriage in China, you need to provide your passport, residence permit in China, and your single status certificate.
