About:China Visa

Do I need apply for a visa to go to Guangzhou before I enter China?

Do I need apply for an entry permit to go to Guangzhou for 2 nights and 3 days for a holiday, if I am flying from Singapore to Guangzhou and then Guangzhou to Kuala Lumpur. I heard that there is a 72 hour free transit for visits to some cities. I hold a New Zealand passport.

Agnes, if so, you are eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou. You are allowed to travel around the whole Guangdong Province under the 72 hour free transit.
