About:China Visa on Arrival

Hello, i am lebanese and my husband is mexican.

We aré NOT on the list of countries allowed a 72hrs visa free. Can i make a temporary 24 hrs visit permit on arrival to beijing, in the inmigration office?

The 24 hour direct transit is applicable to all travelers from all countries. And the 72 hour free transit is applicable to Mexican passport holders.

The offices of koryo air in beijing aré outside the transit área. Am i allowed to get out of the transit area?

You can just apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration office inside Beijing airport, and then you can go out of the transit area, and the stay permit is free of charge.
