Can I apply for Chinese visa in HK, I'm from Turkey and I have HKID and HK workvisa valid till 04/17

I have M type for 30 days and it expires on the 8th of november. I will come back to HK on 6th November and can I apply for Chinese entry permit in HK?
I am general manager at HK based company, I have HKID and work visa valid until April 2017.
I am a Turkish citizen.
Can I apply for mainland Chinese entry in HK? Where should I apply, if yes.
