Where to purchase the Shanghai Sightseeing Bus tickets?

Hi there, we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Zhabei. Where can we purchase the bus tickets? And where will be the nearest pick-up point?

The nearest stop is Urban Planning Exhibition Center at No. 100, People's Avenue. You can take metro line 1 from SH Railway Station to People's Square Station, Exit 2. Then, you can buy the ticket and board the bus there. The 24h ticket costs CNY 30, and the 48h ticket costs CNY 50. :)

Thank you! BTW, the 24h and 48h tickets are available from the time of purchase or per day? eg. if I were to purchase the ticket on 15/11@11am does it mean that the ticket will expire the next day, 16/11@11am?

No. The 24h or 48h starts when you use it to ride the bus for the first time, and lasts for 24h or 48h respectively. :)
