Hello, what is the best way from Shanghai to Tongli by bus on Tuesday morning with ticket to town?

I heard there are some schedules at the North Square of SH Railway Station arranged. The buses will lead to Tongli directly and it takes around 2.5h. Or take a bus at local South Long-distance Bus Station to Suzhou first and then change to another bus to Tongli Water Town.
